It all started when we were kids, when that time of year rolled around and we would dread singing the same Christmas carols that we sing every year for our school Christmas party. Songs like Silent Night, Jingle Bells, and Deck the Halls. Then at some point in our life we hear the same songs, but the lyrics of the songs have changed. Words have been replaced with witty humorous ideas instead. They are no longer the same boring songs; they now are funny Christmas songs. The beat and the music remain the same; just the words have been replaced. Songs such as “Deck the Halls” can now be sung:

There are so many ways to rearrange and change the lyrics to create funny Christmas songs. With a little imagination and good humour these old carols can be turned into a fun festive song that adults and children alike will enjoy.
Christmas should be a time that is enjoyed by all. Funny Christmas songs are a sure way of bringing that light, festive, holiday mood into the room. Or you could always take the songs and sing them in public by carolling in your neighbourhood. It is a wonderful way of spreading the cheer and happiness to everyone. Teaching the fun songs to your children, or maybe having your children teach the latest versions of the funny Christmas songs to you, is a fun way to carry on the tradition of singing funny Christmas songs.
